Soothing and sleep support for newborns
Gentle assistance with newborn sleep rhythms and soothing techniques.
Infant care education for parents
Calm, hands-on guidance with swaddling, diapering, bathing, babywearing, and reading baby’s cues.
Partner support
Helping partners feel confident and included, with suggestions for how they can support both baby and birthing parent.
Feeding and lactation encouragement
Support with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and combo feeding — plus referrals to LCs when needed.
Meal prep and nourishment reminders
Light, nurturing food prep (as needed) and support ensuring you stay hydrated, fed, and cared for.
Sibling adjustment support
Age-appropriate connection and support for older children adjusting to a new baby in the home.
Postpartum planning (prenatal option)
For clients who book before birth, help creating a gentle postpartum plan focused on rest, bonding, and support.
Referrals to local resources
Connecting families with therapists, pelvic floor specialists, lactation consultants, parent groups, and more.

The Gentle Start (Mini Daytime Package)

Support: 12 daytime hours

Price: $520 (Save $20)

A great starter option for light postpartum support. Ideal for easing into the early days with some hands-on help.

Includes:

The Nesting Weeks (Full Daytime Package)

Support: 20 daytime hours

Price: $820 (Save $80)

Ongoing daytime care to help you find your rhythm and build confidence.

Includes everything in The Gentle Start, with more time to go deeper.

The Overnight Nest (Rest-Focused Support)

Support: 4 overnight shifts (8 hrs each = 32 hrs)

Price: $1,440 (Save $160)

Essential overnight support so you can rest and reset.

The Fourth Trimester Bundle (Hybrid Care Package)

Support: 16 daytime hours + 2 overnight shifts (16 hrs) = 32 hrs

6+ Years Experience working closely with children and families

Insured & operating in accordance with Colorado state guidelines
